Narayan Dutt Tiwari (October 18, 1925 -) is Chief Minister of Uttaranchal, India. He was formerly Chief Minister of the larger state of Uttar Pradesh, from which Uttaranchal was subsequently carved out. He is a member of the Indian National Congress party, and the oldest serving Chief Minister of any state. He offerred to resign on March 5, 2006 citing his age.
